Vehicle Workshop Executive


Key Responsibilities:-
•Lead and manage the vehicle workshop team in supporting the Operations on vehicle and equipment matters.
•Manage all contractual vehicle maintenance contractors
•Manage the vehicles and operational assets in the most cost effective way.
•Achieve yearly KPIs/targets with improvement.
•Devise the most cost effective vehicle/equipment replacement plan.
•Evaluate, negotiate and propose modification of existing equipment for operational improvement.
•Evaluate, negotiate and propose suitable/cost effective for purchase/lease of vehicles/equipment.
•Responsible for compiling department budget for approval.
•Manage workers at all depots on vehicle/equipment painting works.
•Responsible for Accidents, Occurrences & Fines (AOF) report.
•Monitor and ensure prompt submission of monthly internal and external charging, vehicle allocations, contracts monitoring and accrual reports by closings.
•Sending of vehicles to workshops for repairs.
•Conduct drivers’ pre-employment driving assessment.
•Covering of WE colleagues’ duties during their absence.
•Accident management.
•Asset management.
•Pneumatic Refuse Collection System operation.
•Tyre management


Key Requirements:-
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
•Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Words)
•Technically inclined with Heavy vehicle knowledge
•Class 4 driving licence or above
