Customer Service Officer


Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customers’ correspondences professionally via phone-in, email and chat.
• Provide immediate attention to customers' needs and follow-up with appropriate
resolution.
• Enhance customers’ experience by executing satisfactory service recovery
actions.
• Respond to postings, comments on social media
• Perform up-selling of products and services via phone.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for effective solutions to problem
resolution.
• Achieve the set targets for productivity and quality.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Degree, Diploma, GCE 'A' or 'O' level with working experience in the service
industry.
• Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and
written English.
• Pleasant, cheerful personality and with positive working attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs.
• Effective team player who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic customer
service environment.
• Possess strong PC and internet skills.
• Willing to perform overtime including weekends and public holidays.
