Executive / Senior Executive, Learning & Development


Assists the management in the areas of L&D and Organisation Development.

Responsibilities include:
- Operationalize the Learning Management System (LMS) to full usage in Singapore, and globally.
- Implement the talent management process i.e. identification, development, progression.
- Identify learning and development needs for various Business Units and/or functions, in consultation with line management
- Coordinate in-house and external training courses and seminars
- Monitor the attendance, progress, experience and feedback of attendees
- Monitor cost and budget of training programs
- Participate in the design and implementation of assessment programs
- Contribute to the implementation of organization development and talent management programs and other ad-hoc projects
- Provides general personnel service for employees and line managers

Requirements and attributes:
- Experienced in managing L&D and Talent Development process
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Experience in any LMS. Experience with SAP, Success Factors would be added advantage.
- Influencing skills and confidence in dealing with senior management levels
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Process oriented and execution skills
- Degree in any discipline, with at least 6 years of working experience.
