VP, Organization Development (Talent Assessment and Development)

Job Function Overview:

Reporting to Head of Organization Development, this role will improve the effectiveness and capability building of the organization via directing and implementing talent assessment and development programs across all talent management phases, including recruitment, hi-po and leadership development, employee learning, promotion and succession planning.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Manage company-wide competency model, assessment process and career planning initiatives.
- Define and implement company-wide learning and development policies.
- Managing employee's career development and provide proficient consultation on succession planning and leadership development.
- Works closely with the senior management team across the company to identify and anticipate learning and development needs of our leaders. Providing counsel and leadership to business leaders to develop training programs that align with company's strategy.
- Implement talent assessment and selection programs to recruit, select and resource necessary talent in line with company’s recruitment strategy.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of talent assessment programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and human resources to develop and execute an incorporated approach to learning and development.
- Plan, analyse and implement training to meet the current and future needs of the business.
- Design and develop innovative and high affect leadership development programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of global leadership talent.
- Plan and implement of all learning initiatives, coordinating internal and external training and post training evaluations.
- Design and implement pioneering learning programs that develop and support the talent of the company.
- Developing communication and marketing methods in educating employees on education programs and resources.

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Good university degree with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
- Experienced in project management and is comfortable with details
- Strong track record in talent assessment and career / leadership development program’s implementation and execution
- Proficient in MS excel, word, powerpoint
