Sembawang Marine & Offshore Engineering, the Oil & Gas division of SembCorp Engineering (SembENG), has recently secured a multi-million contract to build a 10,500 tonne integrated topsides deck and a 44-man living quarters module for Shell's Malampaya deep water gas to power project in the Philippines. The exact value of the contract was not disclosed by mutual agreement between the parties involved.

SembCorp Industries - announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Singapore Technologies Industrial Corporation (STIC) - has acquired an additional 1,714,500 shares of $0.25 each in the capital of ST Computer Systems & Services (STCS), for a total consideration of $1,988,820.

SembCorp Gas (SembGas), a subsidiary of SembCorp Industries, has secured a 22-year supply of natural gas from the West Natuna field in Indonesia for its customers. SembGas will be the first company in Singapore to import natural gas on a commercial basis.
