Sembcorp Industries is pleased to announce that it has achieved financial close for its approximately US$1 billion combined power and desalination plant in Salalah, Oman.

SMOE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Marine, has secured an estimated S$550 million contract from ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS, Norway to build the Ekofisk accommodation topside to be installed in the North Sea.

Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Marine, has secured an approximately S$130 million contract to carry out pre-conversion works on the Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC), the MT SUVA, to be renamed FPSO P62 for Petrobras Netherlands B.V.
