Apart from large-scale urban development where land parcels are sold for industrial, commercial and residential uses, Sembcorp also engages in selective property development

We have developed a portfolio of more than 1.3 million square metres of industrial property including ready-built factories, built-to-specification industrial offices and warehouses. Commercial buildings for office and retail uses as well as residential projects are also selectively undertaken within our urban developments.
