Sembcorp operates an integrated construction and demolition materials recovery facility in Singapore. A first in South East Asia, the automated plant in Lim Chu Kang is capable of processing 300,000 tonnes of construction and demolition waste a year. It also achieves a very high recovery rate of 98%, where timber, hardcore and fines, as well as ferrous and non-ferrous metals are recovered during the sorting process |
