The Wuxi-Singapore Industrial Park (WSIP) is one of Singapore’s earliest bilateral cooperation projects. Its success in attracting high value semiconductor companies over the years has contributed to China’s industrialisation and  the growth of its coastal cities.

With the Wuxi New District earmarked as the national base for high-tech products and advanced manufacturing, the WSIP has enhanced its business model by evolving from a traditional industrial park to a diversified sustainable urban development.

In this next phase of development, the WSIP is co-developing a  business &  information technology  park offering 102,000 square metres of gross floor area. In addition, it is developing a mixed-use commercial  and residential development that will yield 29,000 square metres of gross floor area.

The WSIP has also collaborated with the Wuxi New District and major tenant, NYSE-listed Suntech Power, to launch a 400-hectare Solar City Photovoltaic Park.
