Excellent ‘O’, ‘A’ level and/or Diploma results and a good record of participation in extra-curricular activities.
Applicants need leadership qualities, good analytical and communication skills, the drive to excel, the commitment to high ideals and the spirit of a good team player.
Current undergraduates with good results may also apply. Candidates must not be receiving financial assistance from any other institutions. |

Undergraduate
Tertiary education at renowned universities in the US, UK, China and Singapore. The award covers all tuition and compulsory university fees, living allowances, return airfare, clothing, installation and book allowances, plus group term life insurance. |

Diploma
Education at polytechnics in Singapore. The award covers all tuition and compulsory school fees and living allowances. |

| Conditions of Awards |
|
Undergraduate
Successful applicants will serve Sembcorp for a period of six or three years for scholarships to overseas universities and local universities respectively. During undergraduate years, each scholar must undergo two eight-week attachments within Sembcorp. |

Diploma
Successful applicants will serve Sembcorp for a period of two years. |

| Scholars Club |
|
Sembcorp’s successful Hippocampus Club was founded in 1995, and its members are all scholars.
The Club’s mission is to be exciting, caring, and concerned with the welfare of Sembcorp scholars. It forges strong ties among scholars across the different business units of the Sembcorp Group.
