SembCorp Utilities (SembUtilities), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SembCorp Industries, has strengthened its presence in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park (NCIP) in China by acquiring 34.47 per cent of an equity joint venture, NCIP Utilities Co. Ltd (NCIPUC).
