Yanlord Land Group Limited (“Yanlord”) together with Sembcorp Industrial Parks Ltd. (“Sembcorp”) and Surbana Land Pte Ltd. (“Surbana”) jointly announced today that they have through their joint venture company in Singapore, Singapore Intelligent Eco Island Development Pte Ltd. (“Eco-Island”) signed a collaborative agreement to develop “Sino-Singapore Nanjing Eco High-Tech Island” (“Eco High- Tech Island”) in Nanjing, People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
