Sembcorp today opens its first industrial water reclamation plant in China capable of producing 20,000 cubic metres per day of industrial water and up to 4,000 cubic metres per day of demineralised water for supply to customers in the Zhangjiagang Free Trade Port Zone.
Sembcorp is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Sembcorp China Holding and Sembcorp Industrial Parks, will be signing agreements with the Qidong LVSI Coastal Economic Development Zone (Qidong EDZ) Administration Committee and the New District Administrative Committee of Wuxi Municipal People's Government respectively, to explore further business opportunities in Jiangsu province, China.
Sembcorp is pleased to announce that it will be signing three memoranda of understanding (MOU) to explore further collaboration on utilities projects in the Liaoning province, China, at the Singapore-Liaoning Economic and Trade Council meeting later this morning.
Sembcorp’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Industrial Parks, is co-developing a 1,000-hectare innovation park. The Singapore-Sichuan Hi-tech Innovation Park is located in the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone’s south park within the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.
