Project Execution Engineer

Job Description
1) Managing day to day project activities including scheduling, coordinating and monitoring and reporting update of projects.
2) Monitoring and ensure compliance to applicable scope of work, codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
3) Primary focal point between various parties.
4) Prepare report, minute of meeting, manage correspondence with all parties.
5) Able to contribute in Project Management / Engineering & Site Construction activities.
6) Technical review on design concept, engineering and operational matters on the project and related activities.
7) Co-ordination with O&M, technical / engineering resources / contractors / authorities for execution of the project.
8) Assist in development, scoping and establishing project budget, schedule and control measures.
9) Review of feasibility studies and cost estimates on proposed investment.
10) Provide any other support.

1) Diploma/Degree in Any Engineering Discipline.
2) Must have high level of integrity, able to generate trust and build alliances with co-workers.
3) Able to communicate effectively & diversely for prompt resolution to site matters.
4) Able to work independently, take initiative and willing to work overtime/weekends. Ability to foresee and resolve issues before surfacing would be an added advantage.
5) Familiar with Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work application requirements and procedures.
6) Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements.

2) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
3) Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
4) Not afraid of heights, medically fit and able to climb vertical ladders.
5) Safety certifications such as Working at Height, Construction Safety Orientation Course etc. preferred.
