Executive, OEM Projects & Billing (1 year contract)


PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Sales support and customer fulfilment role for Power Sales

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Works closely with Account Managers to on-board customers by ensuring proper documentation is in place.
2) Handles customer’s requests pertaining to contract and account matters, including on-board and terminations.
3) Ensure proper filing of records.
4) Ensure payment of security deposits from customers including banker guarantee.
5) Prepare weekly and monthly reports

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1) At least a Diploma holder.
2) At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in the Power industry.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS
1) Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Words, Outlook).
2) Must be meticulous.
3) Has a sense of urgency and able to meet timelines.
4) Possess excellent customer service communication skills.
