VSIP Hai Phong
Hai Phong is Vietnam’s third largest city and one of its five grade one cities directly under the jurisdiction of the central government. VSIP Hai Phong is situated along the Hanoi-Hai Phong Economic Corridor. It is located just 30 minutes away from the Lach Huyen deep sea port via Vietnam’s longest sea-crossing bridge – the Tan Vu-Lach Huyen Highway, and is just an hour’s drive from Hanoi via the Hanoi-Haiphong Expressway. As VSIP Hai Phong is in close proximity to ports facilitating the shipment of goods between Hai Phong City and Guangxi in China, it enjoys high accessibility to both markets while offering itself as a competitive supply base.
The Vietnamese government has identified VSIP Hai Phong as a key contributor to the economic and social development of Hai Phong City, and it is also part of the Dinh Vu-Cat Economic Zone which offers 15 years’ tax incentives.
VSIP Hai Phong houses the Sembcorp Hai Phong Logistics Hub, which provides warehousing solutions to tenants within VSIP, and to customers in northern Vietnam. Drawing upon the strong connectivity and accessibility of VSIP Hai Phong, the logistics hub optimises supply chain operations by supporting customers in consolidating their overseas supplies, which can be stored in the hub’s warehouses for manufacturers in VSIP Hai Phong to draw upon conveniently.

VSIP Hai Phong
The VSIP aims to become a new riverfront precinct in Hai Phong City. The project's signature is a four-kilometre long riverfront shoreline with additional water frontage along river tributaries. Other features include a central business district and planned arts and cultural centre.
It will share borderless space with a new civic district, university town and tourist cruise terminal. As a whole, these developments will form a new metropolitan area north of the Cam River, in the heart of Hai Phong City. It is also close to popular tourism sites such as the Halong Bay UNESCO world heritage site, the resorts on Do Son Peninsula and the Cat Ba Archipelago biosphere reserve.
