VSIP Quang Ngai
The VSIP’s location in Vietnam's central coastal region also means that manufacturers have easy access to the northern and southern economic zones of Vietnam, as well as external markets like Laos, Thailand and Cambodia.
Low operating costs and abundant labour with an estimated 10 million working population in the central region make the VSIP Quang Ngai attractive for food and beverage, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and light assembly operations. While textile dyeing is also permitted, effluent discharge standards will apply. Investors establishing themselves at this industrial park are accorded 15-year tax incentives under the Dung Quat Economic Zone scheme.
Provincial authorities have established a one-stop service centre within the VSIP Quang Ngai, to house officers from the province’s Dung Quat Economic Zone Authority and various government agencies. An advisory board is also set up to facilitate and help fast track the approval process for investors.

VSIP Quang Ngai
The 915-hectare VSIP Quang Ngai comprises a 660-hectare industrial park located within the Dung Quat Special Economic Zone, and a 255-hectare site zoned for commercial and residential use near downtown Quang Ngai city.
The first phase of the project includes a 160-hectare industrial area and 100 hectares of commercial and residential development. Industrial land take-up is characterised by large-scale manufacturing. The development of 2,080 houses near the centre Quang Ngai city to accommodate an anticipated 15,000 residents is currently in progress. Residents and tenants will be able to enjoy a planned two-hectare nature park as well as lawns and other green areas for sports and family life.
