Singapore-Sichuan Hi-tech Innovation Park
Located at the intersection of the Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and the Tianfu New Area central business district, the Singapore-Sichuan Hi-tech Innovation Park (SSCIP) is a highly integrated modern park with access to a thriving business environment and large talent pool.
With Chengdu being the national centre for software development, high-end manufacturing and information technology industries, SSCIP is well-placed to attract innovation-focused and knowledge-intensive enterprises into Western China. SSCIP is home to five main target industries: biomedical sciences, new digital media, environmental technologies, high-end manufacturing and assembly and producer services. These high-value industries attract a competent workforce with elevated skillsets to serve the needs of an economy built on science and technology.
Aside from SSCIP’s business offerings, it is also a development where work, live, play spaces are closely integrated to create highly connected neighbourhoods and collaborative communities.

Singapore-Sichuan Hi-tech Innovation Park
SSCIP’s masterplan consists of six independent but complementary hubs clustered around the Xinchuan Heartbeat, a 60-hectare urban public park similar in concept to New York’s Central Park. Chengdu Metro Line 1 extends to the SSCIP. Main arterial boulevards in the SSCIP are already linked to Sichuan’s main cities.
As a leading city in Sichuan province, Chengdu with its new Tianfu central business district where the SSCIP is located will attract talents who are looking for a prime area to work and live. With the relaxation of property cooling measures in Chengdu, real estate activity in the vicinity is picking up.
