Dividend History

The Company strives to pay dividends within 30 days from the date of approval by the Board or by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

For the Financial Year 2019, Sembcorp Industries paid a total dividend of 5 cents per share, comprising

  • An interim dividend of 2 cents per share, paid on September 4, 2019 (21 days from the date of approval by the Board).
  • A final dividend of 3 cents per share, paid on June 3, 2020 (13 days from the date of approval by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting).
