Sembcorp Industries wishes to announce that its inactive wholly-owned subsidiary, SembWaste Cleantech Pte Ltd, has been placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation on December 26, 2007. Mr Robert Yam Mow Lam has been appointed as the liquidator for the company.
