Urban
Our Portfolio
In the last 30 years, we have gained a strong reputation as a leading Asian master developer with the capabilities to fast-track industrialisation and urbanisation.
Our track record in development and driving growth has allowed us to secure an exceptional land bank and a solid reputation to deliver quality developments.
The first Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) took shape in 1996. We have since established VSIP as award-winning integrated townships and industrial parks with a growing presence across Vietnam.
With Vietnam geographically divided into three economic corridors, VSIP is present in the south where the country’s commercial hub is sited and is closest to Southeast Asian countries. VSIP has expanded to the northern region where we support higher-value manufacturing activities with geographic proximity to key investing markets like Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and southwest China. VSIP is also active in the central highlands where populous regions provide vital human resources for labour-intensive manufacturing operations in special economic zones.
In 2022 we introduced a new smart and sustainable industrial park concept at the VSIPs. Smart technology will be integrated in our infrastructure and facility administration, allowing for enhanced visibility over operations. All our tenants are offered renewable energy by way of rooftop solar installations, as well as on-site solar farm for large industrial tenants.
