New Director Appointed To Sembcorp Industries Board

Sembcorp Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tham Kui Seng as an independent director with effect from June 1, 2011.

Currently, Mr Tham serves on the Board of Global Logistic Properties, Raffles Medical Group, The Straits Trading Company, CapitaLand China Holdings and SPI (Australia) Assets.  He is also a member of the board of the Housing & Development Board and chairs the board of EM Services.

Mr Tham holds a BA (First Class Honours) in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
