Sembcorp Industrial Parks Renamed Sembcorp Development

Effective 8 March 2012, Sembcorp Industrial Parks Ltd has been changed to Sembcorp Development Ltd.

Accordingly, the business has been rebranded the Integrated Urban Development unit of Sembcorp Industries. This move allows Sembcorp to seamlessly provide customers essential integrated urban solutions. Sembcorp has over 20 years’ experience undertaking master planning, land preparation and infrastructure development, and transforming raw land into large scale urban developments. Sembcorp owns, develops, manages and markets nine integrated urban developments comprising industrial parks as well as business, commercial and residential space in Vietnam, China and Indonesia. It also has the ability to undertake selective development of commercial and residential real estate at choice sites.
