“Safety-COM”: Safety Champions Programme Launched

Sembcorp Energy UK has launched its Safety-COM Programme, which will ensure that we have a thriving culture of health, safety and environmental sustainability across our business to help continuously improve our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) performance.

In April, SEUK’s new Safety Champions came together to help design key aspects of the programme and agree on objectives for 2022.

The programme includes a focus on how to deliver effective performance coaching and be part of high-performing teams through the role-modelling key EHS leadership behaviours. A key aspect of this includes providing positive feedback to colleagues and co-workers.
